How do I remove my Square account

If you navigate to your account page and scroll to the bottom of the page There is a section titled 'Account Information'. Under this section is the option to disconnect your Square account. To do so, click the 'Disconnect' button and confirm that you would like to proceed.

Please make sure that you want to do this. This will remove all of your Square data such as items, orders and stores and will not be recoverable.

How do I remove items?

If you are offering items in your Onlo store but would like to remove them, navigate to your account page and click the button labeled 'Manage Items'. Once you are in the item manager, simply click 'Edit Items' and remove the items you would no longer like to offer in your Onlo store.

Note: When you remove an item with the Onlo item manager, this does not remove it from your Square account. If you remove an item from your Square account and refresh your items in Onlo, items can be removed that way as well.

How do I add new items?

Navigate to your account page and click the button labeled 'Manage Items'. Once you are on the Onlo item manager, click the button labeled 'Refresh Items' and this will ensure that all of your items match your Square account.

How does pricing work?

You are charged $20 a month for each store that you have on Onlo. If you have chosen eight of your stores to be offered on Onlo, you will pay $160 ($20 x 8) a month. Billing is recurring and you may cancel at anytime by disconnecting your Square account. All applicable taxes are not included in this pricing but is calculated once the proper information has been received.

How do I cancel my store subscription?

To cancel your store subscription, you simply have to disconnect your Square account or you can remove your stores from Onlo. Since Onlo begins charging you for the stores once they're added, you will have to remove your stores which is done by either removing all of your stores or disconnecting your Square account.

How do I add stores?

If you visit your account page and click the button labeled 'Manage Stores', you will be directed to the Onlo store manager. There is a column on the left which lists your stores. At the top of this column is a button labeled 'Add stores'. You will be navigated to a page like the one you have seen when you were first setting up your stores. You can select which stores you would like to add on this screen.

How do I remove stores?

If you navigate to your account page and click the button labeled 'Manage Stores', you will be directed to the Onlo store manager. Click the store that you would like to remove and then scroll to the bottom. There is an option which says 'Remove Store'. We think you've got it from here.
